Effective October 28, 2026
SweetHaul ("SweetHaul," "we," "us") provides wholesale order pages, invoicing and catalog tools for businesses that sell in bulk. These Terms apply to this website, the demo store, the early access list and, once launched, the SweetHaul service. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms.
SweetHaul is launching soon. Joining the early list is free, requires no payment details and doesn't oblige you to subscribe. Founding prices are offered to the first 50 sellers who subscribe at launch and stay in place for as long as that subscription remains active without interruption. Full plan details, including what each plan includes, will be confirmed before you're asked to pay anything.
The demo store is a sample. Its products, prices, buyers, orders and messages are examples for illustration only. Nothing placed in the demo creates a real order.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you sign up. Keep your login private and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
You're the seller of record for everything you list. You agree that your products are genuine, lawfully obtained and legal to sell where you sell them; that your listings, prices and stock counts are accurate; and that you'll handle your own taxes, licenses, resale permits, shipping, returns and customer service. Don't list counterfeit, stolen, recalled or prohibited goods.
Orders placed on your SweetHaul page are agreements between you and your buyer. Invoices show your own payment details, and buyers pay you directly by the methods you choose. SweetHaul isn't a party to those sales and isn't responsible for payments, deliveries or disputes between you and your buyers, though we're happy to help where we can.
SweetHaul uses AI to read product photos, write product names and details, and create studio-style product images. AI can make mistakes, including misreading a label or changing small details in an image. Review every listing and photo before relying on it. Your original photos are kept so you can switch back at any time.
If you use SweetHaul to send texts or emails to buyers, send them only to buyers who agreed to receive them, honor opt-out requests right away, and follow the laws that apply to marketing messages.
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give you advance notice of any price change, and founding prices are honored as described above.
Don't misuse SweetHaul: no unlawful activity, spam, harassment, attempts to break or overload the service, scraping other sellers' data, or uploading content you don't have the right to use.
You keep ownership of your photos, listings and data. You give us permission to host, process and display them only as needed to run SweetHaul for you. The SweetHaul name, design and software belong to us.
You can stop using SweetHaul any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put buyers, sellers or the service at risk. If your account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your catalog and order history.
SweetHaul is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as SweetHaul grows. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date above and let account holders know before it takes effect.
