Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Early list sign-ups: your name, business name, email, phone, what you sell, the plan you're interested in and your website, if you share it.
• Seller accounts: your business details, product photos, listings, prices, stock counts and settings.
• Buyers who order from a SweetHaul seller: name, business, email, phone, shipping address, orders, and, if the seller asks for it, a resale certificate.
• Basic technical information: such as device and browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

To run and improve SweetHaul: building order pages and invoices, processing photos into listings, showing buyers their past orders, sending the messages you or your buyers ask for, contacting you about your early access, and keeping the service secure. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to SweetHaul.

3. Sellers' buyers

When buyers order through a seller's SweetHaul page, the seller decides how that information is used, and we process it on the seller's behalf to complete orders and keep records. Buyers with questions about their data can contact the seller they ordered from, or us.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell personal information. We share it only with:

• The seller you ordered from, if you're a buyer.
• Service providers that run SweetHaul for us: website hosting and forms, our database, AI providers that process product photos, and email and text-message providers for messages you opt in to. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.

5. Photos and AI

Product photos you upload are sent to an AI provider to read labels and create listings and studio images. Please photograph products, not people or private documents. Resale certificates are stored for the seller's records and aren't sent to AI providers.

6. Text messages and email

We or the seller send marketing texts or emails only to people who agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply. Phone numbers and opt-in consent are never sold or shared for others' marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and order information while an account is active and as long as needed for records, taxes and disputes. Early list information is kept until launch and onboarding are complete, or until you ask us to delete it.

8. Security

Information is stored with reputable providers, sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited to what's needed to run SweetHaul. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing BMGWholesale180@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights to know what we collect and to request deletion. We'll never treat you differently for asking.

10. Children

SweetHaul is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know.
